The Otter Group’s podcasting success is indicative of an older lesson in the online industry. Content is king, as they say, and it seems that it also applies to podcasting.
Also, as we learn later into the content, podcasting becomes a great (and cheap) way to supplement any text content on the Net. A podcast gives additional background information, more context, more humanization, more spider food, and provides all that on a user’s schedule.
