E-Commerce services provider Fry Inc. has tried on the Web site design and relaunch of ShoeMall.com and increased sales by 44 percent in 2006. The site now showcases the “Shoe Finder” search tool to shop for shoes in the customer’s size and price range. Fry’s Open Commerce Platform helped design the e-commerce search tool solution to let vendors expand their online business. Shoe-Mall’s Internet Director Adrienne Hartman shows how that search tool increases sales.
