Postage rates have gone up again, and consumers have mixed feelings about the two-cent raise added to first-class mail. WebProNews has learned that under this new legislation, there are some price reductions. As a result of the price increases, some may turn to email for a cheaper alternative. A “Forever” stamp has been issued to provide consumers with “price-controlled” postage that will always be honored, regardless of inevitable price increases. The forever stamp makes a lot of sense. They should have done that years ago. It’s good to hear some items are going down in price, although I doubt that will affect us much in the daily grind.
