EFF Fears U.S. Ninth Circuit Court Ruling (1:53)

The Electronic Frontier Foundation has asked a federal appeals court to reconsider a ruling the foundation says could threaten popular websites. The ruling came against Roommates.com after a three-judge panel decided to hold the website liable for the actions of its users because it sorted and categorized content which could have violated the fair housing law. EFF Staff Attorney Matt Zimmerman told WebProNews they simply want another chance to have the case reviewed. Catch the full story, only on WebProNews.
