The results are in for a poll created as part of Hakia.com’s program, “A Search for Better Search.” The poll was conducted to learn what users think of search engines and if they trust them.     I think hakia.com needs to focus more on the quality of their search results. In this way they will become a lot more useful to the surfers.

    You should take a look at http://www.linguisticagents.com. It’s a start-up company that has developed a natural language understanding technology that will be used in many applications in addition to search.
