Skype recently released information about the failure of the network from August 16th in a blog called the Heartbeat. The site says they are in no way blaming Microsoft for the outage and take full responsibility. After reporting the outage of Skype and talking to a few people in the web world, WebProNews got the chance to talk with ZDnet.com blogger Russell Shaw. He described his take on the entire situation.
