In a recent survey taken by the American Consumer Satisfaction Index\, Yahoo barely outscored Google. While Yahoo’s score rose to 79, Google experienced a drop in the score to fall just under Yahoo with a score of 78. This is the first time since the first release of the survey in 2002 that Google has not finished in first place.

Just wanted to say I really enjoy your reporter Kara Ratliff; a fresh face!
I’ve noticed that Google’s results are getting worse. I think they are trying to get too cute. They are trying to control how people use the web (“nofollow” / trying to discount “paid links”) instead of just doing their job.
