The Children’s Educational Network along with reigning Miss America, Lauren Nelson, launched a kid-friendly Internet browser.     They need to filter out anything with /xxx/ in the URL, so adult sites webmasters can keep kids out. For example, Miss September’s story about how she loves to ride horses, but the picture would be in the /xxx/ directory and the browser would reserve blank space on the browser. Many adult site webmasters would voluntarily comply.
