I am in the process of building a business and for the last few months, I have been reading at length about the process of building a website from concept to functioning trusted site. Your pyramid put everything into an understandable order. As an ‘information organiser’ I really liked the simplicity of the process. I only wish I had come across the pyramid sooner.
