My answer to the State Of New York will be posted on all of our websites.

“Due to the illegal taxation laws of the State of New York our company will no longer accept online order from New York residents. We apologize to our valued customers in New York for this necessary action in order not to have a large illegal back tax issued against our company by the State of New York.”

So I figure all states will eventually impose this unconstitutional law. If I was Amazon I would consider setting up in another country thus avoiding any of the USA’s ridiculous orders.
    Next stop Switzerland!

These gross taxation “re-definitions” are very suspect and out of favor. Although Amazon sees it as an attack against them, I can see this getting very confusing for small shops as well.
