The average person usually equates analytics with measurement and performance. But in an interview with Mike McDonald at the 25th Annual ACCM Conference, Nancy Shaver of Experian said the biggest opportunity in analytics is a better understanding of your customer. She explains how analytics helps you know specific demographics and behaviors of your customer. Having a knowledge of these elements will bring in more customer feedback which will eventually lead to more revenue. Watch the complete WebProNews interview for more information.

Dear Nancy, I have a question, We have just initiated a Art Program who’s mission is to strengthen
Art with-in our school district. This program has been developed at the request of the district art teachers.Art education is being reduced or eliminated, in favor of strengthing our math and science
curriculm. This program is all inclusive fgrom helping art student and teachers with needed art
supplies to providing scholarships for disadvantaged art students attend college, with out benefit of a scholarship college is unattainable. The program is in memory & honor of a young artist. The
Daniel Robert Lynch(DRL)Art Education and Scholarship Program has been launched.
My inquiry is to determine how to use Analytics to target my potential audience to consider a
contribution toward this program. We are part of a Education Foundation http://www.inspirethem.org
and we have a website http://www.dansinspiration.com Can you make a recomdation on who we should proceed?
Thank you for your time and consideration.

    Sincerely,
