You just never know who might show up at BlogWorld. This year it was Mike Shinoda of Linkin Park and Abby Johnson was able to grab him for an interview. Although some may not know, Mike is a blogger himself as he tells WebProNews. Check out the complete interview to find out how Linkin Park built their brand and the “true” origin behind their name.

As a fellow music producer (I use the term “producer” extremely loosely when it comes to me) and blogger, I empathize with Mike quite a bit.
I started my first blog in 2001 (beginning of my sophomore year of college), and I believe my first post was one complaining about my mentors in the German language department at my university patronizing me for being intelligent but not taking the option of a second degree in German. (Actually, in the end, I did do German language as a second degree, but anyways.)
Reactions? Remember that back in 2001, few people knew much about blogs. I was told that my site was the stupidest idea ever — after all, who wants to listen to someone whine 24/7?
So yeah, I totally empathize with Mike on the whole “why blog about my life” thing; it seems he doesn’t want to whine 24/7 on the Internet.
That’s what LiveJournal blogs are for, anyways.
That’s one of the ways Mike uses to connect music enthusiasts even though the music industry is not known for blogging. And he’s on the right track not starting very early.
MIKE SHINODA is the cool in the world to have someone in the band MIKE has alot of creative thing he has so thats why i like about him im glad MIKE is my favorite singer ever:)
What I dont comprehend is how youre not even a whole lot additional popular than you might be now. Youre just so intelligent. You know so drastically about this topic, produced me look at it from so numerous diverse angles. Its like men and women arent interested unless it has some factor to accomplish with Lady Gaga! Your stuffs wonderful. Continue to retain it up!
Good read, thank you so much for posting. A little more details would be even better.
Hey – nice blog, just looking around some websites, seems a really nice platform you are using. I’m currently using WordPress for a few of my sites but looking to change one of them over to a platform similar to yours as a trial run.
