Stephan Spencer tells WebProNews how developing a long tail marketing strategy can be challenging, but how it is just as important to natural search as a paid search strategy is. The Netconcepts President and Founder suggests increasing the length of the tail and adding more height to the curve by (1) having a set of metrics to measure the long tail performance indicators and (2) knowing where the long tail ends.     Never been a big fan of the long tail, as discussed in the video it is a case of diminishing returns, I try to stick to keyword phrases with 3 keywords and do not go beyond this, 2 word keyphrases can be difficult to optimise but 3 word phrases is much easier and achieves the traffic
