Loading ...WebProNews attended the debut meeting of the Social Media Club Louiville chapter and now some 16 months later, WPN covered another meeting with special guest speaker Chris Brogan. SMC Louiville has developed dramatically since its initial meeting last year.
SMC Louiville became a nonprofit corporation in January of this year. As Jason Falls, the President of the club, explains above, SMC Louiville is striving to become a valuable resource on social media to the southern region. The group is holding boot camps in order to bring in expert speakers to make the events even more effective.
Jason is encouraged since other social groups are rising up and joining their cause because it gives southerners a larger Web presence. As these groups come together, he hopes they will be able create new ideas and ultimately solve problems.
