They are guaranteeing the work provided by the company that the consumer chose to do business with. This can range from anything from an Air Conditioning contractor to a Helicopter Tour company.
If something goes awry and the consumer & company they did business with cant resolve it, Idearc will step in and mediate with that company – even reimbursing the consumer up to $500.
what i need to know is this: sounds like a worthy enough program to offer, however how is it in action? one can create a viable sounding product/offer but it only matters when it is put into action. so, what are the reviews saying in terms of its application, not its explanation of benefits…
that’s where the rubber meets the road and Idearc needs to provide valid proof that it can execute this marketing plan.
