Tamar Weinberg is no stranger to the social media community. Because of her high regard in the space, she recently wrote a book entitled The New Community Rules: Marketing on the Social Web. Her book explains the importance of social media and how it can be effectively utilized.
She also lists and discusses various types of social sites and how they can help users increase their ranking and bring visibility. Because it would be impossible to maintain a profile on every social site, Weinberg recommends utilizing the ones that have the most potential in helping you reach your goals.
There are however, some sites that everyone should embrace. They are Twitter, LinkedIn, StumbleUpon, Delicious, Facebook, and Digg, even though it takes a lot of time and effort. Weinberg also believes it is very important to have and maintain a blog.
Looking into the future of social media, she tells WebProNews that she expects to see many more niche social networks. Although many social networks have failed, if someone is truly dedicated to drawing people in and markets effectively, Weinberg believes he or she will succeed.

Perhaps it’s because I’m a video professional and a perfectionist, but I think this potentially very interesting video is badly let down by the amateurishness production values – always use professionals if what you say is valuable, is my counsel!
Thanks for confirming what I’ve been doing for some time to promote my safety and security web site. It’s time consuming but necessary.
I like the 2nd camera hand held look. Have not seen you guys do that before.
