Although Twitter has proved to be a very valuable tool for brands, its continuing growth has presented a challenge. Brands know that the information they need is on services such as Twitter, but they have trouble sorting through all the noise to find what they want.
At SXSW, WebProNews spoke with Sam Decker, CEO and Founder of Mass Relevance, about their new service that hopes to help brands with this challenge. Their first platform, called TweetRiver, helps brands pull this information from Twitter and create interactivity around it.
“We want to serve our clients to have the full curation experience and that includes the sourcing of the content, the rules to get the right content, the display, and the analytics,” he said.
Moving forward, Decker said Mass Relevance would continue to add features and provide new ways to use their services.
