Based on information from a recent study, Jay Baer of Convince & Convert found that businesses need to change the timing of their social interactions. The research shows that the timing that is convenient to corporate hours aren’t optimal when it comes to getting the most interaction among people.

    Interesting points but I would contend that using & measuring social media depends on the products and opportunities for B2B and B2C situations.
