How would you like to never mow the grass again? Good news - you don’t have to! Let the robot take care of it. SmartMow is similar to a Roomba but has blades. The lawn-mowing robot developed by RoboLabs, operates a 3-blade mulching system and weighs 17 pounds. SmartMow moves in a circular pattern within an installed perimeter wire to cut the grass.

CES 2009: Netgear Launches New Digital Media Player

Going beyond its Digital Entertainer HD media player, Netgear released its Digital Entertainer Elite media player at CES 2009. The Digital Entertainer Elite (Model EVA9150) has an integrated hard disk drive of 500 GB but is user-upgradeable to larger capacity disks. This feature alone has given the device the reputation of being the “world’s most powerful home video jukebox on the market.”
