Now, the tables have turned and Veoh Networks is suing Universal. Veoh wants a federal judge to declare it has not infringed Universal&#8217;s copyrights, and that it is protected under the <a href="http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/z?c105:H.R.2281.ENR:">Digital Millennium Copyright Act</a>.
